2022 Vendor Application (Accepting Applications)
As of the 2022 WNY Pagan Pride Day MERCHANTS are defined as a vendor who sets up a booth or occupies a specific area at an event with the purpose of selling goods and services OTHER than as a "READER" We loosely define a Reader as a vendor who occupies a specific area at an event with the purpose of providing a service to an individual client using divinational tools. (Tarot, psychic mediumship, oracular workings, palmistry, numerology, astrology etc...)
For the 2022 PWNY Pagan Pride we have three options which are outlined below:

- Merchant: (Goods) Located in Emerald Room
- Service: (Vendors providing a service) Located in Claddagh Room
- Merchant/Service: 2 booths one in Emerald Room one in Claddagh (both must be set up and manned during the event hours of 12 pm to 5 pm

Merchant Spaces will be considered based on the following criteria:

8 by 8 area including 1 Table: at a cost of $50.00 + $4.38 tax, and $2.47 payment processing fee. ($56.85)
8 by 8 area Premium location including 2 Table: at a cost of $70.00 + $6.13 tax, and 3.26 payment processing fee ($ 79.39)
8 by 8 area Premium location including 2 Table: at a cost of $70.00 + $6.13 tax, and 3.26 payment processing fee ($ 79.39)
Service: Readers/Healers
Service Spaces will be considered based on the following criteria:
Service Booths for the 2022 WNY Pagan Pride Day are being offered as a service to the community and are subject to the universal pricing policy set forth in an attempt to allow people at all economic levels an opportunity to experience these offerings.
Readers may sell a small quantity of goods at their reading booth, if selling a booth full a merchant booth (and staff necessary to run it are needed.) There is a limited number of spaces are available. Spaces accepted on a first come, first serve system. |

- Merchant/Service Providers are subjected the info outlined in both Merchant and Service section of this webpage.
- The Booths are located in separate rooms, must be set up and manned during the duration of the event.
- $20.00 Discount offered when you purchase a Merchant and Service Booth. (Prices listed are after discount.)
One 8 by 8 Merchant Booth including 1 Table and one Service Booth: at a cost of $100.00 + $8.75 tax + $4.35 payment processing fee. ($113.19)
One 8 by 8 Merchant Booth w/premium location including 2 Tables and one Service Booth: at a cost of $120.00 + $10.50 tax, and 5.23 payment processing fee ($135.73)

Vendor fees paid via PayPal Invoicing using email provided in application (PayPal Account not required.) Alternativity, we accept cash or Cash App (If you would like to use an alternative form of payment, please email [email protected] and let us know. Applications are not considered complete until payment is received. Completed Applications have precedence over incomplete applications. Processing of completed applications (application and payment received by WNY Pagan Pride) may take up to 48 hours. If your vendor application is not accepted for any reason a full refund will be provided. Once application is approved fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

Upon receipt and approval of your application, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you are approved, your form will be considered as valid as a paper contract.
